Curtis Park, Sacramento, CA
Built in 1917. Rich refurbished this unique space to create a masterpiece of a home. Several of the unique features he personally hand-crafted in his workshop at the Verge Center for the Arts.
McKinley Park, Sacramento, CA
Built in 1915. Rich led the 2 year renovation project of this historic Greene and Greene bungalow across from McKinley Park. He then maintained and upgraded the building for another 10 years.
Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard, MA
Built in 1865. Rich and his brother Mark purchased this dilapidated historic property on Martha's Vineyard, making the building liveable and restoring its unique Victorian detailing.

The Arts and Crafts style Carriage House serves a dual purpose, providing parking and storage for the main house and including a fully furbished second floor living space.

Built in 1912. Rich literally raised the roof of this bungalow, transforming the attic into a second story and building out the formerly enclosed front porch, thus highlighting the building's classic bungalow features.
Folsom and Placer Counties, CA
Throughout the 1990s and 2000s Rich built innumerable custom homes, primarily in Folsom and Placer Counties, ranging in style from Spanish to California Ranch, to New England.

Rich is a founding board member of Verge. He is also the General Contractor for the project, having overseen their relocation to and renovation of their current gallery, artist spaces, and teaching rooms.
